What photo quality do I need?
To make sure your watercolour artwork looks its very best, a good resolution is advisable. Thanks to our modern tools, however, we can also achieve impressive results from older or low-resolution photos. Nevertheless, we recommend always choosing the best possible resolution to capture every detail perfectly. Ideally, please make sure to always use the original photo file rather than forwarded images via WhatsApp or screenshots from your gallery. If you are taking a photo of an old picture, make sure to avoid reflections. If in doubt, you are welcome to send us the photo in advance for review.

How long does shipping take?
You'll usually receive the preview of your final illustration within 24 hours of placing your order. Once approved, it takes 1-2 working days for your wall art to be produced. The delivery times shown below the price apply.

What colours does the watercolour background have?
We always choose a watercolour background to match the photo you upload.
