What photo quality do I need?
For your watercolour artwork to really shine, good resolution is very important. Thanks to our modern tools, we can achieve impressive results even from older or low-resolution photos. Still, we recommend always choosing the best possible resolution to capture every detail perfectly. Please make sure to always use the original photo file rather than images forwarded via WhatsApp or screenshots from your gallery. If you're photographing an old print, take care to avoid reflections. If you're unsure, feel free to send us the photo in advance and we'll check it for you.
Can the canvas be hung straight away?
Yes! Our canvases come ready-stretched on a sturdy wooden frame and can be unpacked and hung straight away – no additional frame needed. Posters are delivered securely packaged, ready for your favourite frame.
Will I receive a preview?
Yes, as a customer you will receive a preview by email before production. Keep an eye on your emails in the days after your order (including your spam folder). After the preview has been sent, you have up to 24 hours to give us feedback. After that, your artwork automatically goes into production.
Can I request changes?
Yes, we're happy to make changes! Simply use the order note or the feedback option in the email with your final preview.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
You'll usually receive the preview of your final illustration within 24 hours of placing your order. Once approved, it takes 1-2 working days for your wall art to be produced. The delivery times shown below the price apply.
What if I'm not happy?
We want to make sure every customer is 100% happy. That's why we send you a preview before production, giving you the chance to request adjustments. We'll make sure you love it!
What colours does the watercolour background have?
We always choose a watercolour background to match the photo you upload.
If you'd like a particular background colour, just let us know in the note field in your basket.
