A flat fee for shipping is charged per order. The shipping costs depend on the respective country (prices include 19% VAT):

Shipping is carried out as a tracked parcel via DHL, UPS, or DPD. After handover to our shipping partners, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
Shipping times within Germany are 6-9 business days for our artworks with live preview and 6-9 business days for our artworks digitally illustrated by our artists, and 5-9 business days within Austria.
Attention! Since our wall art products are customizable, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.
Attention! Our posters are shipped unframed. A frame is not included in the delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
To ensure your watercolor artwork stands out, a good resolution is very important. Thanks to our modern tools, we can achieve impressive results even from older or low-resolution photos. Nevertheless, we always recommend choosing the best possible resolution to perfectly capture every detail. Please make sure to always use the original photo file and not forwarded images via WhatsApp or screenshots from your gallery. If you are photographing an old photo, make sure to avoid reflections. If you have any doubts, feel free to send us the photo in advance for review.
Since we individually illustrate your watercolor artwork for you, we do not offer the option of seeing your photo in watercolor style "live" beforehand.
However, we have provided some examples for you in our live editor, and we can assure you that your photo will be designed just as uniquely.
We always choose the watercolor background to match the photo you uploaded.
If you have a specific background color in mind, please feel free to add it to the notes field in the shopping cart.
