Shipping is carried out as a tracked parcel via DHL, UPS, or DPD. After handover to our shipping partners, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
Shipping times within Germany are 6-9 business days for our artworks with live preview and 6-9 business days for our artworks digitally illustrated by our artists, and 5-9 business days within Austria.

For your watercolor artwork to really stand out, a good resolution is very important. This is because our artworks are not digitally drawn but elaborately edited. Therefore, please ensure good quality so that we can capture as many details as possible. If you are unsure, feel free to send us your photo in advance via Whatsapp.
Since we individually illustrate your watercolor artwork for you, we do not offer the option of seeing your photo in watercolor style "live" beforehand.
However, we have provided some examples for you in our live editor, and we can assure you that your photo will be designed just as uniquely.
We always choose the watercolor background to match the photo you uploaded.
