Delivery Options

Standard shipping (4-9 working days)

  1. Review of the uploaded photo: Once your order has been received, the uploaded photo is reviewed within 24 hours.

  2. Illustration of the artwork: One of our artists illustrates the artwork within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the current workload.

  3. Sending the results: The finished artwork is sent to the customer by e-mail. We then wait 24 hours for feedback from the customer. Production of the artwork begins once approved by the customer, or at the latest 24 hours after the e-mail has been sent, and likewise takes up to 3 working days.

  4. Delivery time: With standard shipping, the delivery time is 1-3 working days after production is completed.

Express shipping (2-4 working days)

  1. Prioritised processing: Your order is always prioritised and processed ahead of all other orders (with standard shipping).

  2. Fast illustration: The digital illustration is sent to the customer within one working day (for orders placed before 4:00 pm) or within two working days (for orders placed after 4:00 pm).

  3. Fast feedback: Here too, we wait 24 hours for feedback after sending the illustration. This process can be sped up if the customer approves quickly.

  4. Immediate production: Production of the artwork begins immediately after approval by the customer, and it is dispatched the same day (approval before 11 am) or the following day (approval after 11 am).

  5. Delivery time: With express shipping, the shipping time is one working day after production is completed.
